Booking and Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Please contact us in case of a partial payment situation.

Cancellation and Refunds :​

• Cancellations made by participants:

  • Cancellations or postponements can be made up to 48 hours or more before the trip's commencement. An 80% refund will be provided if we are notified at least 48 hours of trip's start time.

  • Trip replacement or postponement to another date can be done only once per booking.

  • You can replace yourself with your friend or any other, in case you cannot make it, so that you can transfer the booking, and not lose the money.

• Full amount can be used for any other trip of any weekend. The difference amount will be adjusted from you or paid back according to the new trip cost.

• Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, booking shortages):

  • Full refund or allowed to book different trips of same weekend or future ones.

• Refunds are processed within 2 days of cancellation and the amount will be reflected in your bank account within 2 days of cancellation.

Health and Safety :

• Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations.

• Kavaludaari Trips reserves the right to advice or refuse participation based on health grounds.

• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the trek, we request you to not indulge in any illegal activity or any harmful activity.

• Responsibilities:

  • Kavaludaari Trips Company:

    • Provides trained Trek/Trip guides, necessary permits, and equipment as specified.

    • Ensures reasonable safety measures are in place.

  • Participants:

    • Requested to maintain the decorum and follow the guide's instructions. This will ensure travelers won’t miss out on the real fun part – that is traveling.

    • Are responsible for their own belongings and equipment.

Liability :

• Kavaludaari Trips Company is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, accidents, or loss of property.

  • Delays or changes in the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. The same will be communicated during the trip if any.

• Participants are requested to have their own travel insurance covering trekking activities.

• Participants are expected to sign a liability/waiver form given by the organizer(s) after boarding the vehicle that discharges Kavaludaari of any unexpected incident like injury/death/theft etc.

Expectations:

• We will try to make every part of the trip fun with good food and a clean stay, but there won't be high-level luxurious accommodations or food as we are arranging the budget trip for you. Participants will be sharing rooms and washrooms during the trips, separate accommodations for Women and Men are arranged.

• The itinerary for our trips/treks has already been finalized and shared. The organizer will only make changes to the schedule if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from visiting a particular place. If you have a list of tourist spots you want to visit, Kavaludaari Trips might not be the right fit for you. We kindly ask that you refrain from registering.

Behavior :

• Expected to respect local customs, traditions, and fellow participants.

• Consumption of alcohol or smoking is strictly prohibited during the trek, we will provide a separate window for the same 

• Kavaludaari Trips reserves the right to expel any participant behaving inappropriately(use of foul words/eve teasing/physical assault/disrespect) without a refund.

Environmental Responsibility :

• Leave no trace principles must be followed to minimize environmental impact.

• Littering is strictly prohibited.

Photography and Marketing :

• Participants grant Kavaludaari Trips permission to use their photographs for marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

Acceptance of Terms :

• By booking a trip/trek with Kavaludaari Trips Company, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
